My wife ran from my home several times. now I want to make legal perusure on my wife I am thinking to file section 9 on her should we draft all her crulty which she did with me and my parents please tell.
You should give an file an appropriate complaint / intallah with the police authorities and than initiate the petition under section 9 for Restitution of conjugal rights seeking directions to your spouse to resume cohabitation. Yes you should enunciate all cruelties

Instead file divorce if your really wants separation.
