Q: got NO job after paying money to placement agency

I applied for job in various job portal online .I got a call and message (SMS) regarding interview scheduled in they mentioned time and venue for next day . I reached office named B K Enterprises- 8929098993 , they promised the job of document collection at reputed bank and took documents and money 2700 for training registration . I was supposed to start the job within 4 days but its been approx. 2 months I am not employed yet. What legal action I can take . Please guide.

In such a scenario, you can file a case of cheating and fraud against the agency. You’ll have to show that you defrauded by the company. You’ll have to proceed by lodging a FIR against the placement agency. Kindly provide me more details to assist you better.

I want to obtain succession certificateAnd Get NOC from Legal heirs staying out of the country. One of my son is studying abroad. Please tell us on what steps he need to take in order to send us no objection certificate.

It’s correct in case of an ancestral property/self acquired property, if the deceased died intestate then the property devolves upon widow and children in equal shares. In order for you to acquire the property, you will have to either get a relinquishment deed in your favour from your sign or a partition/ family settlement deed registered in your favour. Sir. I am arrested for forgery for sharing fake news on my website. Bt i received that news from whatsapp group and I don't know that news was fake . How to defend myself in court. I already get bail from police station.

Q: Property dispute on common wall with neighbour

We have purchased a buildup property in 2005 with common wall 4.5 inch each with east side property(common wall is 9 inch) .On GPA paper its written 15 x 35 area, but in actual its width is more than 15.9 inch including 4.5 of common wall. Now when we are doing construction after demolish 4.5 inch of common wall and we have done the construction till ground floor, then our neighbours saying that he has 3 inch in my area. Actually our common wall is not straight, so in last portion of my property he is saying about 3 inch. As common wall is not straight thats why he is claiming for 3 or 2 inch at different positions. He is fighting with us and my labours and not allow to do more construction. He breaks my constructed wall as well on first floor.Kindly guid me what to do?

If you have purchased the property as per law and are the legal owner then you can file a suit for injunction/ stay against the Neighbhour. He cannot obstruct you from constructing your property. Kindly provide me more information to assist you better

Yes you have a strong claim in your favour. As it was an ancestral property, you have an equal share in the property as that of your siblings.
