Urgent Need for Criminal Lawyer to Quash False 498A & DVC Cases Filed

16-Sep-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Seeking lawyer to quash false 498A in Telangana HC. Divorced 2016. Ex-wife filed a 498A that year, withdrew it after monetary settlement. Now filed a NEW false 498A in 2023 with forged docs claiming cohabitation. I possess the 2016 divorce decree proving her case is fabricated. Need an aggressive advocate to file a u/s 482 CrPC quash petition to end this harassment permanently.

You have a strong case to seek quashing under Sec. 482 CrPC before the Hon’ble Telangana High Court. Since the marriage ended in 2016 with a valid divorce decree, any allegation of cruelty or cohabitation in 2023 is legally untenable and amounts to clear abuse of process. The forged documents and repeated false complaints constitute harassment and malicious prosecution. By producing the certified divorce decree and prior settlement records, we can establish fabrication and seek not only quashing of proceedings but also exemplary costs and action against misuse of law. This approach will put a permanent end to such false litigations.

hi first we need to see the contents of the FIR filed by her and its allegations and if they are false and fabricated then you could file quash petition in high court as it is based on all false allegations and that parties are mutually divorced

You can approach the Telangana High Court under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of the fresh 498A FIR as it is an abuse of process of law. Since you have a 2016 divorce decree and a record of the earlier settlement, you can argue that the present FIR is malicious, based on false allegations of cohabitation, and amounts to harassment. Your petition should annex: Certified copy of the divorce decree, Proof of monetary settlement/compromise of earlier case, Copy of FIR and any forged documents relied upon by complainant. The High Court can quash the FIR if satisfied that continuing the proceedings would be an abuse of process (as per State of Haryana v. Bhajan Lal principles). Engage a criminal lawyer experienced in 498A quash petitions for a strong representation.
