Unregistered Hindu marriage duration 3 months need a seperation

My Brother is going through very bad marriage which they haven't registered yet. Groom is facing constant harrasment from Bride and her parents for silly reasons and mentally harassing and fighting with groom everyday which is effecting whole family . We tired all diplomatic methods to correct her behaviour and failed . We need seperation from her and dont want to pay any alimony . To know more feel free to call or email me

you can file saparation case means judicial sapration Or you can file a duvorve case under crusluty ground so you can take a mediation once you filed a case at court a nd take mutual consent and divorce also possible registration is not mandatory under law so then your brother live a peacefull life.

you may send a legal notice and ask for mutual divorce and in negotiation you may ask for divorce without any alimony. if they come forward it's good otherwise you may file divorce after legal notice and as per their advancement can decide further

Where they are living ? whether in a joint family with you all or separately ? As per Law within 3 months of marriage he cannot file for divorce, except under exceptional circumstances . whether both are in job and earning ?
