Mutual divorce petition can be filed with the jurisdictional court where either one of you have a permanent address or an address proof which is not permanent, but has to reflect on any Iliad card.

l do not know which city are state that you are referring to in which you filed in online application for divorce. as far as I know in India there is no such a thing called application for divorce and that to online. you fat all you have applied you better wait for the response from the same portal or website.

you can do so but instead you can file it through power of attorney and can attend hearing on line and complete the process, if you give the details where your marriage was performed, where you and your wife reside, thereafter i can tell which court to file.
