Uncontested, dismissed for default

04-Mar-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My husband applied for divorce, notice was sent to a wrong address. Court gave decree without verifying the details. I had to file a set aside within the stipulated time to reopen. He did not attend the court for 6 months and now court closed the case as uncontested dismissed for default. Does that mean previous decree of divorce is accepted ? Can he marry now with the initial decree papers he had ? or he has to reopen this case again to get a divorce decree ? Plz help me understand
