Two marriage certificate Divorce

I have two marriage certificate with same person of different dates , we are planning for mutual divorce . How should we apply for divorce?

Dear Sir/madam Better you must disclose all the circumstances under which such certificates were came into existence and seek cancellation of both certicates to avoid future complications. you have to arrive at a settlement for filing a mutual divorce and should have no further claims of whatsoever nature! whether are you living together or seperately ! A mutual divorce petition has to be filed

in this case certificate which is earlier in date be taken as date of marriage and mutual consent divorce be filed because if you take the date which is later than the earlier married certificate will again create a problem so it is better that you take the marriage certificate which is earlier in date and file a mutual consent divorce.
