Transfer Petition under sec 25 ex paetee possible

Myself Karim, my wife failed transfer petition in supreme court to transfer case from Tamil Nadu to Andhra Pradesh. It is in pending stage, since i didn't respond to that after i received notice.
I would like to make some progress to my divorce case since it is in supreme court it is considered as stay in my court.
This transfer petition may dismiss my divorce case in case i didn't respond ?
What you'd be the ex-party result ?
Since my DVC and MC is now in AP it is better to move it AP, without my travel can be possible to transfer the case as per her wishes.
yes it is possible .if you wish tht tranaspher petition is to ge allowed or dismissed. in this matter you need to be very much aware of the facts of the case . so the powers of the supreme court is enormous they can do anything . so you need to hire an advocate. to unsure you victory.
