Transfer petition - Informing court about the transfer petition

Hi, I have filed Transfer petition of divorce case in chennai. Now I need to inform this, in court which is at native where divorce case is in progress. I got memo from my new lawyer. 1)Is it mandatory to file the memo by my lawyer at native in whose name vakalatnama is there. 2) Is it possible to file memo with my signature. I orally informed my lawyer about transfer.

the transfer order from the high court must be communicated to the lower court about transfer of the case through filing a memo duly signed by both you and your lawyer. without order of the high you can not change the advocate or case

Yes it is mandatory to file memo in the court to inform that the transfer petition is pending before the Highcourt. For all family court personal appearance is a must for petitioners unlike other courts.
