Transfer petion for case transfer in lucknow from itawa in DV case

I want to know if anyone can file transfer petion for transfer of DV case and crpc 125 maintence case to lucknow. The other party had mentioned 3 dates of incident 2 of which are in lucknow and 1 in etawa. The etawa one is false which can be proved badis cdr which i have. Please let me know this

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that nobody can file it except you as you have to give the affidavit in both the transfer application as the statement and evidence if you have that can annex in that petition for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents

yes, the case can be transferred to Lucknow by the permission of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, but it will only be done if you have solid points that why your case should bhi transferred to Lucknow and for more details conversation you can connect with me
