Hello mam, You have to approach the Supreme Court of India for transfer of case from in state to another. A transfer petition has to be filed. If the Supreme Court allows your transfer petition, then the order can be produced before the other court for transfer of the case.

Dear Madam To transfer a matrimonial case from one state to another (e.g., from your husband's case location to Bangalore), you must file a Transfer Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC). You can request an interim stay of proceedings in the other court until the transfer is decided. The timeline for disposal of the transfer petition usually ranges from 1 to 4 months, depending on the urgency and court schedule. You must cite reasons like ongoing cases in Bangalore, inconvenience, safety, or financial constraints. Fees: Advocate fees for Supreme Court transfer petitions typically range from ₹25,000 to ₹75,000 depending on complexity and representation. Court fees are nominal. Meanwhile, you or your advocate must file a stay application or mentioning memo before the court where the next hearing is scheduled (20-Sept), informing them about the transfer petition filed in the Supreme Court, and request adjournment or stay. Consult a Supreme Court advocate at the earliest for timely filing and interim relief.

transfer of such a case from one state to another is done only by filing a petition in Supreme Court of India. the process may take 2 to 3 months due to formalities. Cost of the process may be around 15k but fee involved depends on the Stature of the Advocate .

If you need to file a transfer petition in the High Court of another state, the process can be expedited to ensure the case is transferred to Bangalore before the next scheduled hearing date of September 20, 2024. By acting promptly and following the necessary legal procedures, the transfer can be completed efficiently. The fees for filing this transfer petition are notably reasonable compared to other legal proceedings, primarily because the case is expected to be resolved quickly once transferred. To achieve this, ensure all required documentation is prepared accurately and submitted promptly to avoid delays.

You have to file a Transfer petition in Supreme Court for transfer. The order of the SC is enough as it will automatically get transferred. Fees depends on the advocate in Delhi and that advocate should be AOR in SC
