Hi Sir/Madam,I am final year engineering student in a university in Bangalore affiliated to VTU, Belgaum.One of my final semester marks came as zero. All my college professors, Head of Dept told it is a mistake at the VTU and advised me to goto VTU Belgaum and file a complaint to be fixed. They gave the necessary documentation with College stamp etc. I filed a complaint to the Registrar of Exams in VTU but not fixed. Can I file a consumer case ?
