Transfer of Matrimony/Divorce case from Rajasthan to Delhi

18-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed divorce application in Rajasthan against my wife and she is residing in Delhi. She is financially more sound than me. I have one son (6 Yr old) and he is residing with her. Distance between cities 450 KM and direct transportation services easily available. Now they are applying the case transfer application in Supreme Court. Want to know the below:nn1- Whether chances would be given to me to appear by supreme court or court will direct put stay on my case in Rajasthan?n2- How much % chances are there that case can be transfer?n3- In how many hearings, case will be transfer if I didn't appear?n4- If I raised objection then what are the chances that case can not be transferred?n5- What would be complete fees in Supreme Court?

When wife files the transfer petition in supreme Court usually the husband is defenseless although husband receives the summons from the supreme court if the transfer is from one state to another. There is a good chance that the case would be transferred to the place where wife desires. there are a number of objections that can be taken tho ugh the objection will depend upon they play taken by the wife. there have been a number of cases where the supreme Court has declined the transfer petition of the wife.

Regarding above if they have filed a case for transfer you need to connect with a advocate on Record for Supreme Court to appear and it may 2-3 dates or even 1 fees you can discuss on phone as I am an Advocate on Record—- you can try for mediation thru SC and go for Mutual consent
