Interstate transfers have to be applied for before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. You will have to provide supporting documents and reasons for the transfer and the Court will also weigh it against the convenience and difficulties of the party who has filed the case and look into the monetary aspects before passing an Order.

Sir, You have not given sufficient information about your cases. Kindly provide some more information about the case that, who filed this divorce petition? What is your position in the case? What ground you want to transfer the case from Bengaluru to you place? these are the information is required to give advice to you. Usually the procedure is that, Is the party wants to transfer the case from the state to another state courts, he/she has to file petition before the supreme Court for transfer the cases from the state to state courts, but the parties must make out the grounds, if the court satisfied with grounds or reason, the Hon'ble court will definitely pass the order of transfer, otherwise reject the petition.
