You cannot seek transfer of the 498a case from one state to another. But the other two cases can be transferred by approaching the Supreme Court of India. If a case is to be transferred from one state to another then you need to file a transfer petition before the Supreme Court.

Yes. We can transfer any matrimonial matters from other state to Coimbatore. But, that can be done only at Supreme Court as the matter transcends from one state to another. A high court does not have the jurisdictional capacity to pass such orders of transferred between two states. You may get in touch to proceed further.
