Transfer divorce petition from Ghaziabad to udupi

I want to know the process of transferring my divorce petition for Ghaziabad to udupi, also I do not agree for divorce and my husband has filed for it. How do I proceed?

The case can be transferred by filing a transfer petition in Supreme Court. Cinless there are special reasons, grounds to continue the case in the place it is filed., Supreme Court allows the transfer to the place where wife is living.

To get the divorce petition transferred from Ghaziabad to udupi you have to file a transfer petition before the hon' ble supreme court of India, as the said case is to transferred from one state to another state, you can file a transfer petition in supreme court and obtain a stay order on the divorce petition till the supreme court passes an order on transfer petition.

Please file for transfer petition before the Supreme Court and it will be allowed. if you have any contacts if not you can contact me for guidance. Courts will usually allow transfer petition to wife's jurisdictional Court
