Hi,
I was recently married. After the marriage, the girl never showed any interest and in few days she left to her mother's place. Marriage is not consummated and she now seeks for divorce with 10L demand. She is a working women. Please share what can be done.

Has she file divorce case or sent any legal notice to you demanding that 10L. ? if you have received any legal notice you can get a reply notice be sent as per your version. In case she has filed a divorce case already, you can engage an advocate to defend you, within the next date of hearing.
