To take mutual consent divorce but we reside in different states

Hello hi this is Navneet actually I am from Port Blair and my wife is separated from me since 2018 most probability 2018 ending or mid 2018 she is not ready to come back to Port Blair and she is in Karnataka right now so what is the proper way in which I get a divorce in a very fastway and what will be the duration of divorce so we are not able to visit ,neither i nor she is ready to visit respective places so I just want to know how early can we get divorce

hi, if both are Hindus. mutual divorce i.e., joint petition should be filed before family court. if any one spouse has address proof of Karnataka, then case can be filed, 6 months period wil be waived off and the case can be closed within a month. for speedy disposal of the case and for any clarifications please feel free to contact me. thanks

mutual divorce can be filed either in port blair Or in Bangalore but you need to be present before court through lawyer and file the same and seek for early date and file necessary application to waive off cooling period
