To know about how to go in inlaws house as husband abandoned me

My husband had abandoned me because i could not bear suffering done by my inlaws and my husband. Once we had fight and in that heat of moment i stepped out of inlaws house so he become so angry that he abandoned me. Now he is not accepting me.. we were just married not even completed year. Please help me how to go back ..

You can go to restitution and your husband has to accept you and call you back. However it's your house also, therefore, he can not abandon you from there. Please feel free to reach out for further assistance by the team of experts of matrimonial disputes.

Respected madam you stated that your married life not completed one year and you also stated that you once time fight and in that heat moment and you stepped out of in-laws house . now you move the application to the police and file a restoration of coungal rights case .

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file a petition under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights. Before that I would advise you to issue a legal notice for RCR.
