To get divorce He is not staying with me since last 4 years

I want to divorce because of financial problems husband is not spend any money for me, my son and my mother My mother build one house in chikkabanavara and register in my husband's name after my dad death

Dear Madam, You may file Divorce case against your husband under Section 13th of Hindu Marriage Act on the ground of cruelty. it may take 2 to 3 years if your husband contest the case. Better go for mutual divorce without any alimony so that your husband may come forward for mutual divorce

if you are husband is not staying with you for last 4 years you can apply for divorce against him on that ground itself. now about the second issue that you mentioned that the house being registered in his name become s separate case and not easy to get it back from him.
