Hi , in this there is no contact between husband and wife for past 2 years . The wife can approach court to get divorce under cruelty in Hindu marriage act and can apply maintenance or alimony for wife .

In India, lack of physical contact can be considered grounds for divorce under certain circumstances. *Options for wife:* - *Cruelty*: If the husband's lack of physical contact is causing mental or physical distress, the wife can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty (Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955). - *Desertion*: If the husband has abandoned the wife without reasonable cause, she can file for divorce on grounds of desertion (Section 13(1)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955). - *Irretrievable breakdown*: In some cases, if the marriage is irretrievably broken down due to lack of intimacy, the wife can file for divorce under this ground (though it's not explicitly mentioned in the Act, courts have recognized it in some cases). *Requirements:* - The wife needs to prove the husband's lack of physical contact is causing distress or that he's deserted her. - She should have evidence, such as: - Witness statements - Medical records (if applicable) - Communication records

A two years separation after a desertion either by or caused by your husband gives you eligibility to file for divorce, but for getting a divorce decrce when he is not willing you need to have what are called permissible grounds provided in Law.
