To file divorce case need second opinion and advise .

Wife has filed SEC 125 CRPC / SEC 24 HMA and we have filed SEC 12 / SEC 24 HMA / SEC 9 / SEC 370 against her .Now we want to file divorce need consequences parameter in case I do the same first .Case already in family court since3 years .Need second opinion and advise for further course of action
your wife has 5 section 125 CrPC section 24 cm and you have 5 section 12 session 24 and section 9 no you want to fire divorse needs consequences parameter that is to same first kiss is already in family quotes in 3 years 9 8 opinion and voice of other course of action

Firstly we need to know the facts of your case as you have just stated the law under which the petitions have been filed in the family court.
