To file a mutual consent Divorce

I want to know the time taken to get the Divorce Decree can be done in less than 6 months and what will be the fees to handle the complete process right from filing till the end. Its a Hindu marriage. Married for 8 years.
It is possible but the Court gives a certain amount of time to the parties to resolve any disputes or think about their decisions again. This is a general practice being done in the Courts. About the fees, well you will have to go to a an Advocate ofcourse and every advocate charges the fee according to these expenses and requirement, so you should consult someone outside the application for better clarity.

Hi,the mutual divorce petition can be allowed within a month after we file the petition in the family court ..The family court can allow waiver of six month mandatory period after we provide an application to the court

Hello you can file the divorce by mutual consent without any lawyer before the Family Court. Cooling period of 6 months can be waived in case the separation is over 2 years. However I suggest to consult a lawyer to draft the petition and MOU professuonally
