To file a divorce against husband

I want to file a divorce against my husband, he is not agreeing to give his consent. Our marriage held on Jun-2019, we are not on good terms with each other. What needs to be done and how it can be done?
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you want divorce and you have been married on June 2019, as per law it is mandatory to complete one year of marriage and then you can file for divorce, unless the grounds are as per section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act, you cannot go for divorce within a year.

If you also specify your religion I would be able to guide you better as Divorce involves religion factor. Depending upon religion there is minimum years after which you can apply for divorce. If husband is not ready to give divorce Divorce Petition can be filed before appropriate Court. This also will depend on your religion because in some religion you need not approach court for divorce.

but you can proceed to file nullity petition of the marriage is performed under force or other reasons you can get marital status as single after nullity decree
