To challenge exparte order in DV case

Court has given my wife to live in my father's home ,in which she never stayed. My lawyer asked me not to go on DV dates and court has issued exparte order.

ap court nhi jayenge to faisla ek pakshiye ho he jayega apka case hai iske liye ap har date par court jaye waha hazir honge apni problem batayenge tabhi koi karywahi hogi court hasband n wife ko 6 month ka time deti hai apni shadi suda life ek baar sudharne ke liye agar ap logo m itne din n Bane to divorce Laker alag ho Jaye sec 13 y 13B file kare

you have two options against ex parte DV order passed by the court . The first one is to go in appeal against the order and the second one is to file a recall application against the ex parte order. you can proceed accordingly.

It is not the way , must challenge the order to high court , other wise you will loose your appeal right or else right and tha will make in harder position . you must proceed under section 9 and claim that being as husband you want live with your wife , that confuse the court and you will be in winning position
