Dear client
According to this issue, if the ex parte order is taken place, you have to apply for to get the judgement copy in the Honorable Court . it will take couple of weeks. but due to this pandemic situation and lockdown, nobody would clarify this. for your help please contact me through Lawrato.

In this case, The judge can grant the ex parte motion and issue a temporary order, such as a temporary restraining order. Because your husband was not present, the order is only temporary and after your evidence, the court will pass the final order but unfortunately, the court are not functioning due to covind-19. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
