Dear Client, if the divorce petition has been dismissed by the Family Court, then you should file the first appeal with ninety days and if need more help in that regards then any advocate will help ro file your case.

You have inalienable right to move to the high court, since your petition has been dismissed by family court in the high court perhaps the void or lacuna that on your part was existing, would be recanavassed in the high court as an additional material particular. As for as stipulated time is concerned, a definite answer to this cannot be given, the best substitute would be to find a solution for a steady & swift justice would be high court the high court will relatively take less time in dispensation of justice .
