The Maintenance awarded will continue till she marries again. If You file a case for divorce then under section 24 HMA maintenance would be ordered but the same would be adjusted with the amount you are paying towards maintenance under DV Act.

Look, if the Magistrate passed an order for Maintenance amounting Rs.10,000/- for wife. Then it continue for lifetime of the wife. Provides that, if she got marriage, then such Maintenance shall be stop.
Payment at the time of Divorce is separate matter. Lump sum amount will arise, when parties decide to file Mutual Divorce . At the time of Mutual Divorce generally wife claim one time maintenance from the husband, which can be settled by and between the parties. Not the Court. So, at the time of Mutual Divorce if your wife did not wants any amount or curtle her maintenance right from you, then you did not pay any single paisa to him.
