Hello....I got my divorce decree . But my ex-wife started asking more money and property from me. She is giving threats to me.

Yes you can. You have two option. You can either file a civil suit against her for this or you can file a complaint criminal complaint against her for making mental harassment. As you told, you already got divorce hence is not continued to be your wife and she become the "other person" and some what she is excluded from the matrimonial definition.
You file a civil suit against her and sought injunction against her illegal act.
She cant file any case against you. Because she is bound by the judgment and decree passed in Divorce Case.

Dear Sir,
Now you are in safer zone and if she ventures to file any false complaint for dowry harassment etc, it would be out of frustration as such you can easily get anticipatory bail. Further such false FIR can be quashed by the High Court if you file 482 Cr.P.C petition.
