Threatning to kill and forcing to take divorce and refusing to give m

My hubby got illegally married recently to a rowdy female in hosur. Shes now forcing us and threatning to kill me and my kids using bad words harsh words and harassmenttelling will pour acid and my hubby listening to her and not paying rent and fees for kids not giving money for food too.plz suggest me to book a case on that female.

okay I understand your question your husband got 2nd marriage right and she is threatnung and harraseing your kid and you have to file criminal case at court on the based on her harassment if you want I will do it come my side I will do it underlaw thank you for asking a question

you can file case against both your husband and lady for such criminal actions also you can claim. maintenance for the losses incurring from your husband and failure to discharge his duty as father and husband,.consult advocate and discuss the issue in detail for clear clarity and procedures.

Respected If the marraige is proved, you can file a complaint under bigamy and also you can file a case under DV act and sought protection from your hubby and the women who married him recently.
