Threatning from boyfriends wife

I was in relationship with married man who promised me marriage, he showed me the proofs of his unhappy marriage then only i blved him, he promised me marriage after Feb 2021 but now he is saying he tried everything but even after being unhappy she is not ready for divorce, i begged him lot but he still had to say no. IN anger i messaged his wife which hinted her abt our relationship and she started abusing me n my sister as well on Instagram. i did not used foul language but she literally torturing me but to my sister unnecessarily with police case threatening. I dont wnt my family to suffer because of my mistake of believing wrong man. how could i save myself if she files a complaint against me,
Sorry to know about your situation. In these circumstances you have to file complaint being deceived by the person with whom you were in relationship. He has cheated you and therefore case can be filed against him..

There cannot be any serious action from police even she files complaint against your sister and you. This is just a mere ground for divorce for having relationship with woman other than spouse for her. Presently, ask your sister to block her from all accounts.

If you are emotionally attached with that person then unless he divorce her you cannot marry him. On the other hand she can't file any case against you. You can book her under the penal provisions about abuse and threatening.
