She’s blackmailing that she will commit suicide n write all my fmly names as reason for it. What shud i do?

Dear Sir, On the ground of non-consummation of marriage you can seek immediate declaration that your marriage may be declared as null and void. Thus, you will get Divorce. Record her statement that she is going to commit suicide and produce the same before IPS rank Police officers and see that a criminal case is registered against her.

Firstly family issues depends on facts of each case so you have to speak with an advocate disclosing all details, in your case if you feel divorce is required you can file a divorce petition against your wife, per contra you mudt mentally prepared to pay maintenance to her and child etc in the event she files application maintenance
