Threatening For False Cases After Filing Contested Divorce

I Filed Divorce Petition In Court But My Wife Continuously Threatening me that she will file false cases. How do i get protection from this?
First of all you have to issue complaint to Police station through Regd. Post that your wife is threatening you and using abusive language as you had filed divorce petition within court. You can use office copy as proof if she try to file case.

Hello for this you have send one legal notice to ur wife once you have send the notice it will become an evidence for you in future ,and you have one other option after this you can file a criminal complaint before the magistrate court
