Threatening and blackmailing that consent for marriage was not there

We do secret court marriage on 12-12-2017 and we live normal unmarried life, after 3 month of marriage girl fall in love with other person and blackmail me that her consent was taken by wrongful means by her husband. Now after hearing this boy ready to give divorce but girl say she leave separately and doesn't give divorce because divorce can destroy her life with another partner. What to do???? Thanks in advance
Whether the girl gives her consent or not, it does not matter. If the husband is interested in getting divorce, he may file matrimonial petition before the principal judge, family court for grant of decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty or desertion.The court after considering the case may grant you decrE of divorce.
