Threat of suicide and Divorce by Husband

I seperated from my husband last month due to regular matrimonial disputes. I have been financially helping him. Now when I ask for my money, he threatens me that either he will file for divorce or he will end his life and I will go to jail. We have 1 year old daughter and my husband doesn't take any responsibility towards her. We both are Hindu and working in Delhi NCR
