This m asking for my friend,coz she needs help .nHow to get rid from husband❓nHer husband is harrassing her every day❓nHow can she get a rid from her husband,coz he used to cum her duty place n shout n fill her Amber's every day ❓nN,her husband he is now demanding for a child but he have let them go more than two years ago then y he is asking for a child now ,coz my friend she feeds her child by her own self then y he is asking now for a child ❓

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your child. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If your friend is living separately due to the domestic abuse of her husband and the husband is still abusing and tormenting her, she is advised to lodge a complaint in women cell of her local police station. Thus case of your friend seems to be matrimonial disputes. In matrimonial relation, if any dispute arises between husband and wife then multiple cases are filed in the judicial courts where courts decide the dispute. Wife can file more cases than her husband. Wife may seek maintenance from her husband, Domestic violence, Criminal case of Cruelty, divorce petition etc.

Hii Your friend can file a Domestic Violence complaint before the concerned court and can get an interim order against husband from restraining him from visiting her office and can also get protection order of herself and her child. further she can also lodge a complaint u/s 498A i.e. cruelty against her husband and also she can file a complaint u/s 125 crpc for claiming maintenance for herself and her child.
