Q: Will ny husband can take child Custody of my 6 month old son

I have filed for divorce in women cell .i have 6 month old baby boy. Now my husband is saying that they will compromise only if i give them baby. Can i my husband take custody of my child if he file for the child Custody case will it continue or jugde will cancel the petition. If it continues how long does case will go on and wHen he can take visitation right?

The court can't grant the custody of a minor boy under the age of 5 years to your husband.The custody of your son will remain with you as he's just 6 months old. HiiYour friend can file a Domestic Violence complaint before the concerned court and can get an interim order against husband from restraining him from visiting her office and can also get protection order of herself and her child. further she can also lodge a complaint u/s 498A i.e. cruelty against her husband and also she can file a complaint u/s 125 crpc for claiming maintenance for herself and her child.
