Surname of my child and how to prevent my husband from harassing me

I am a Hindu. My husband had abandoned me while i was pregnant and never enquired bout my health or growth of the baby. He was not even aware of the expected delivery date. We stay in different cities because of job.I lodged a DV case as advised by many here.he received the notice but did not appear in court.my lawyer wud file ex parte.even if the judgement is in my favor how will we enforce it?he might refuse to honor the court order and not even challenge it.also i wud like to give my child my surname. Is there an issue if i do that? Is it absolutely necessary to gv her my husband's surname? Hw do i prevent him frm barging in my house in Pune or my father's house in WB unannounced?
