DO I NEED TO DISCLOSE SUIT OF RECOVERY AGAINST ME IN MATRIMONIAL DISPUTE TO MY PROSPECTIVE OR CURRENT EMPLOYER?

If your current or prospective employer is a private employer you don't need to disclose it. However if your employer is the govt you need to be careful not to conceal any case/FIR against you. If you declare the same to any govt employer there would be no harm in it.
