Suicidal threats from wife for small issues

i have been married a girl one year back and since that time our marriage journey was not smooth . from day1 she started showing her real colors and abusing my family numbers with very bad words and treating and blackmail on me , she will commit suicide if i wont listen her on very small issues. i have very short video clips(30 sec) which are secretly recorded while she treating , shall apply for divorce with that evidence. is there any alimony do i need to pay here . i am at newzland before marriage but all my earnings are paid to bank loans due to family business loss, current i have only 30 lks assest , how much she can demand if go for divorce. iam hindhu

hello I read your question clearly and understood what you want to say . first thing is if you want to take divorce from your wife if she was willing to give divorce. that is better to you. otherwise it will take some time take divorce . next thing alimony you have to pay your wife . that is must. the payment will be fix when you reach the court . court will decide how much amount you have to pay and what is your earnings . depending on that only the amount will be fixed . so if you want you can meet me at my office call me once .
