Q: Brother not willing to share the property

I am younger brother's wife we live in USA and my brotherinlaw kept house that was in my father-inlaw name and never wrote this property to anyone's name so does my mother-in-law both of them no more. After few discussions still my brother in law never came to a compromise and wants all the property to himself and his wife they hve no children. We have 2 daughters who only heirs in that family. My husband did not sign also he is soft do not fight for his rights. What should I do in this case

We are married for less than 6 months. What is the alimony or property settlement that needs to be made to my estranged spouse after divorce?

it depends on case to casewhat are the reasons for divorce. etc.and also what conditions is your wife willing to give you divorce..all such factors need to be cross checked and then shall be decided

Q: my husband is at saudi need to get him back

i filed a case of 498A on my husband that he left me and my children in india. ha absconded to saudi. he from three years he is harassing me for divorce that he love another woman for marrying another girl. now he is telling that i will not com back india. is it ok that can i send that FIR copy to my husbsnd company and indian and saudi embassy.

there is a procedure which has to be followed.... the procedure is tedicious....it requires certain process which involves in it...so please do elaborate...your fir is filed in which police station, etc...what is the stage of the case now.

Q: Forged document submitted.. FSL certifies Forgery. Bailable??

Civil case was filed with my forged signature stating that I had entered in Sale Agreement of property owned by me.I filed criminal FIR through magistrate for forgery of my sign on the document that I never saw.( 420, 468,469,470,471 IPC )Yesterday FSL report came certifying doc is Forged.Now, police say that this is bailable offence and there is a SC directive to avoid custody because it is a financial burden on govt so offender was warned and let go.so forgery is not punishable?

it's punishable but it has to be challenged by filing petition..please bring the copies of the documents filed so as to ascertain the facts in the case...please give me the full details of the same

Q: Whether we have to attend the court with out receiving any notice

Domestic violence case , Respondent has not engaged any Advocate but the court was not sending any single notice to attend the court for the Respondent. Whether he has to attend the court or not
