Suggestion how I applied for divorce from wife

I get register marriage before 1years but we r not live together one day.but last 3months before my wife get marries another person without divorce me.so now I want to divorce her.how should I applied for divorce her as hindu marriage act
Without divorcing the first marriage second marriage is illegal.
and if you want to divorce then you can file a joint petition for mutual divorce if your wife agreed.

if the marriage is not solomenized or consummate then it has become void marriage then instead of divorced you can file for void marriage and nullified it . after knowing in detail I can give appropiate advise .
