suggest ways to handle husband and in laws abusive behavior

My husband is physically abusive. My mother in law is extremely possessive of her only child. She and my husband conspire and mentally abuse me. Just after marriage, before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after delivery they have made ruckus. Now my child is 5 years old. Again my husband has started abusing me. My mother in law wants me to divorce my husband but they want mutual divorce. I do not want to bring any criminal charges against them since it will tarnish my reputation. I cannot continue to be in such abusive relationship. They do not want to give any property share to my child since I am working. What should I do? My daughter has dental cavities. they think that i am responsible for that and want to prove that I am a negligent mother. My mother in law stays with her mother and severed ties with her in laws. Is there any other way to tackle the situation other than divorce.
