Suggest proper grounds for divorce at the earliest

Hi Sir/Madam,
YOM 2014//Hindu
Only son to my parents
Want divorce at the earliest
Reasons-
9+ yrs & No understanding b/n us, mental sickness
Wife unable to conceive, all medical papers available
Wife not taking care of my parents even when my mother was on death bed
Can't risk my father's health, he has undergone mental trauma after my mother passed
Wife (blood relative) denies for mutual divorce
Staying apart 3yrs
Case running 1.5yrs
My age 38yrs, Loosing time
Pls suggest,

You should have kind card divorce mach earlier, if you had sufficient proof of all the above you have mentioned. who is responsible for you both staying the apart ? Do you have evidence for some of these ? the course follow a minimum time frame for granting divorce except on mutual consent. so don't believe promise of getting you a early divorce.

Dear Sir,
It seems you have already filed Divorce case and pending for the last one and half years. As per Section 21B of HM Act, you are entitled for approaching High Court for a direction to the Family Court to dispose of your case within next few months. The above section provides for disposal of family cases within six months and there are circulars in Karnataka that it should be disposed within atleast Twelve months.
