Husband cheated by presenting forged education qualification, 8 years in marriage , 3+ year old kid. Turned Alcoholic and tobacco user, engaged in abuse and violence. Not supporting wife and kid physically and financially. Conceal own income by diverting funds in parents name. Living seperately for 18 months. Need Streedhan back from inlaws. Need Divorce with maintenance, have proof of his possessing forged document and abuse + violence video. How to force them for Mutual divorce ?
