What are the steps involved from the Court's end after filing for mutual consent divorce

If both the parties are agree for divorce then they may file petition for mutual divorce under section 13 B of hindu marriages act. Both will have to undergo counselling at the court and the counselor will submit it's report to the court...

Once case had been filed, Court forward the same for counselling before court counsellor. If things go ahead positively matter gets withdrawn and if not counsellor presents report of counselling unsuccessful and court keep matter for filing evidence Affidavit. Within in six month's court pass judgement and decree. You can wave off cooling period.

Step one - Preparation of Petition

two - Filing

Three - 2 Sessions of Counselling

Fourth - Post 6 months date will be given and Final decree will be passed on the day matter is listed for dissolution of marriage.
