Stay on interim maintanance if wife left the husband home

Hello,
My wife has left the home with the notes in December 2021 and filled Divorce and 498a case on me and my family in 2022. Now the family court has passed the interim maintanance under HMA section 24 with 2 years of arears. Now I am paying some amount to the wife on regular basis. Now she put the recovery application in court for execution of arears.So my question is will I get stay on interim maintanance on the basis of the notes which she wrote at the time of leaving. Also she has not submitted 3 years bank statement in assets and liability. So shall I go for 91 CRPC.

Well, CRPC has been repealed now. You can seek the assistance of Bhartiya Nagarik Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. As far as her notes are concerned, what she has written needs to be evaluated, so that, it can be cleared to you, whether it can be produced as evidence or not in court to bring stay on her Interim Maintenance.
