Stay due to change of jurisdiction and interim maintenance

I filed divorce from Haryana 4 months ago while my marriage culminated in Delhi, which is also my husband's place of residence. My parents live in Haryana. On the first hearing, my husband applied for a change in jurisdiction and then got a stay order on the case. My first question is, what is my best course of action now if I want to speed up the process?
Secondly, I want to file for interim maintenance for myself under Sec 125 and our son (about 7 years old) under Sec 123. My second question is, should I file for interim maintenance from Haryana or Delhi? Since my petition is filed from Haryana, can I file interim from Delhi? And is it advisable? What should be my next course of action?
