Status of kids born during living relationship before the marry of par

Hi,
Two kids born during the living relationship as father divorce case was going on with some other lady . Later, father won the divorce case in HC and got remarried post 90 days of judgement and registered the marriage . What is the legal status of the kids ? Is it punishable offence if x wife came to know that husband started his family life during the divorce case itself ?
What are legal remedies if any problems arises by the X wife ? .
Dear Sir,
The children can be treated as ill-legitimate children since born before Divorce. There will be no problem X wife. The husband who was in illegal relationship during pendency of Divorce Petition may have to face legal consequences like contempt of Court etc.
