Spouse not appearing in court want to get ex-parte order

If one of the Spouses (A) has filed the divorce case and the other spouse (B) did not appear for the arguments and if the ex-parte divorce has been granted, what is the procedure for the spouse B that did not appear in the court to get the ex-parte divorce order ? The case number is available. Please advice.

Dear sir,madam
On going go through your case facts​ case was filled before the family court the case called several days summons also served or not we don't know if the summons not seen by the opposite party , paper publication were may be taken that the reason case was decided as experte.How ever it may set aside by the order of the court.

You can get the certified copy of the divorce order by filling an application for copy of the order by filling an application for getting exparte order by setting aside the exparte order by filling application you can get the oreder

Sir,
Here if the divorce order is passed in exparte, you have the right to challenge before the Ho'ble High Court only. If you have an case number please take the judgment and gone through the contents. if you are aggrieved by the said order please challenge the same before the Hon'ble High Court. There is a time limitation to approach the Hon'ble high court. If there is delay you need to give proper reason at the time of challenging the said order.
